Lung Capacity: Four different types of lung capacity, there is the total capacity which is between 4-7 liters. Vital capacity which is what you can actually exhale and inhale at around 3-5 liters. Residual capacity which is what remains after exhalation. And Tidal capacity which is the amount of air moved during normal breathing.
