Objective Measurement

Objective measurement refers to the quantitative assessment of a phenomenon or attribute using standardized and reliable techniques. It involves collecting data that is not influenced by personal opinions, biases, or interpretations. Objective measurement relies on objective criteria, such as numerical values, scales, or observable parameters, to quantify and evaluate a specific aspect. In singing, a Voice Range Profile is a way to make an Objective Measurement of a singer’s progress over time.
