Vibrato Rate

Vibrato rate pertains to the speed at which the pitch oscillation occurs during a vocal or instrumental vibrato measured in Hertz. Vibrato is a controlled variation in pitch that is used in many styles of singing—a faster vibrato rate results in more rapid pitch oscillations. Musicians can adjust the vibrato rate to convey different emotions and enhance musical interpretation.
